Washingtonians… Bill 5796 passed the Senate and is headed for the house. This is a good bill in that it brings all the different laws into one law. How ever it has many, many bad things for homeowners added to this law. My letter to the House Housing Committee members below points out the problems with this law.

Please write an email to the House Housing Committee and each of the legislators of that committee asking them to make amendments to the bill to rectify the problems discussed in my email.
