Condominiums are governed by two different laws:

 Illinois Condominium Property Act (aka ICPA)   (This is the main Law)
 765 ILCS 605/ Condominium Property Act.

All condominium associations are considered Not For Profit Corporations in IL(805 ILCS 105/) General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986.  (2ndary law)
